Positive: Nice roomy cozy place. Close to Key West. Quite area. Restaurants close by.
Negative: The mattresses are awful. One can not turn without waking up the whole house!! Horribly loud box spring and mattresses!! The key less entry code did not work, i had to call, talk to two different people, was given four different code until we could enter the place. The cleaning fee was $275 (!!!) and it was expected that we pull the sheets off and get a load laundry going, also empty all trash cans before leaving!! I find this a bit odd, either have a high cleaning fee or have guest do part of it - but not both. I would leave a place anyways decent clean but I guess not everybody is like that. The welcome card stated a different name instead of mine, found this weird as well. after the entry codes didn't work, i had the feeling we were in the wrong place. Altogether it was a bit expensive, but I guess it Key West!!
